“This whole experience has been great! Don’t get me wrong, but I had no idea that it would go this fast and this smooth. I have yet to get a voicemail, busy signal, delay, or any other misstep that would cause problems, confusion, or additional time and money. I can’t buy my lunch at McDonalds and it go this well. If possible, I would like to someday stop by and meet Jim in person and shake his hand and thank him for his services. I don’t know if I will ever get that chance, but please understand that I would like to do that. I think he is doing the right thing for the right reasons.
