Can I get fingerprint cards and passport photos for my ATF applications at Willi Law Firm?

Yes, you can. We provide Texas gun trusts for Texas residents all over Texas almost every day. We now also provide fingerprint cards and passport photos to our gun trust clients at our law office in Austin.

If you are buying a silencer or a short-barreled rifle from a Class 3 dealer, the dealer may or may not have fingerprinting and photographing capability in the store. If not, each trustee on your gun trust needs two fingerprint cards and one passport photo for the ATF Form 4 application that the dealer is filing.

If you are converting a long rifle, pistol, or lower receiver to a short-barreled rifle using an ATF Form 1 application, you also need two fingerprint cards and one passport photo for each trustee on your gun trust. Most Class 3 dealers with in-house fingerprinting and photography equipment cannot or will not provide you with fingerprint cards and passport photos.
